Every project on ProHyderabad displays its Telangana State Real Estate Regulatory Authority (T-RERA) registration number where applicable. Buyers are strongly advised to verify the live status of each registration directly on the T-RERA portal before making any booking, payment, or commitment. Information accuracy

Project details — pricing, possession dates, configurations, amenities, RERA numbers — are sourced from builders, their authorised channel partners, and the T-RERA portal. While we audit each entry on intake and review change requests submitted by builders, ProHyderabad makes no warranty that any specific data point is current as of the moment of reading. Any price quoted on this site is indicative only — final pricing depends on tower, unit, floor, view, configuration, registration costs, GST, statutory charges, and any builder-specific offers in force at the time of booking.

Lead handoff and commission disclosure

Limitation of liability
